Viewing Association Unit Information
Follow these steps to view the association unit information:
In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Associations > All Associations on the left side menu.
OR
In universal navigation, go to Settings > Resident portal management > View all associations.
The Associations page displays. Select the appropriate association.
The Association page displays the Units tab. Click the Search icon to locate the appropriate Unit/Account.
Click the More icon to the right of the appropriate unit and select Detail.
The Unit page displays the unit details. Click the Home Owner Information or Tenant/Resident Information buttons to view the information associated with the unit and the address.
