Configuring the Global Landing Page

The Landing Page tab allows you to configure the landing page to ensure important information is highlighted, key resources are easy to find, and the page aligns with your community’s company branding.

Note: Any settings or content you configure at the individual association level overrides the global landing page settings.

Follow these steps to configure the global landing page:

  1. In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Settings on the left side menu.

OR

In universal navigation, go to Settings > Resident portal management > Global settings.

  1. The Settings page displays. Click the Landing Page tab.

  2. Click to search for and select an image to upload in the Hero Banner section.

Note: The hero banner is the large prominent image at the top of the landing page.

    In the Title section, click the Edit icon.

  2. The Settings Landing Page displays. Enter an appropriate title to display above the main text on the landing page, such as the community’s name, and then click Save.

    In the Main Text section, click the Edit icon.

  4. The Settings Landing Page displays. Enter the text to provide some introductory content, such as a welcome message, and then click Save.

    In the Flexible Banners section, click an Edit icon.

Note: Click Reset to remove an existing banner.

  1. The Settings Landing Page displays. Enter the Banner Title, Banner Link, select a Banner Icon, and then click Save.

Note: The links must all be external to CINC Connect and they open in a separate tab.

    In the Quick Links section, click the Edit icon.

  2. The Settings Landing Page displays. Enter the Title and Link, and then click Save.

Notes:

    These links provide easy access to frequently used resources.

  • Click the to add more links. You can also click the to remove a link.

    In the Contact Info section, click the Edit icon.

  2. The Settings Landing Page displays. Enter the information a homeowner can use to easily reach the community management team, and then click Save.

  3. In the Landing Page Styling section, click a color and then select the appropriate colors to customize the look and feel of your page.

    In the Social Media Links, click the Edit icon.

Note: Click Reset to remove the existing links.

  1. The Social Media Links page displays. Enter the appropriate links and then click Save.
