Custom tiles allow you to add links to external or internal resources, including SSOs for work orders, violations, and ACCs.
Note: For work orders, if the Nothing to show message displays in the work order form, no maintenance items have been configured for this association. Set them up by going to CINC > Portfolio > Maintenance Items. If the organization does not have access to the Portfolios feature in CINC, the native work orders module is not available. In that case, use the custom tile for work orders as your alternative. The custom tile provides work order functionality without requiring Portfolios to be configured.
