Submitting Cephai Hub Feedback
You can submit detailed feedback about Cephai Hub by using the feedback tool available across all screens.
Click Feedback on the right side of the screen.
Enter the following:
Name
Email Address
A description of your feedback.
You can click the media icons to take a screenshot, take a screen capture, or upload a file attachment.
Click Send Feedback to submit.
Screenshot Tool
Click the camera icon on the feedback popup.
Use the toolbar at the top of the screen to highlight a specific screen area, add basic objects, mark up, or add text to the screenshot.
If needed, left click on the screen to add a comment. Enter the comment and click Save.
Click Send Feedback to submit your feedback with the screenshot.
Screen Capture Tool
Click the video camera icon on the feedback popup.
If needed, click the microphone icon to turn on/off your microphone. Recorded audio is included in the feedback.
Click the red circle icon to begin recording.
When done, click the red circle again to stop recording. It will automatically be added to the feedback popup for submission.
