Viewing Association User Information
Follow these steps to view the association user information:
In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Associations > All Associations on the left side menu.
OR
In universal navigation, go to Settings > Resident portal management > View all associations.
The Associations page displays. Select the appropriate association.
The Association page displays. Click the Users tab.
Use the Filter or Search by field to search for the appropriate user you want to view.
Click the More icon to the right of the user and select View.
The User page displays. View the user information as needed.
