You can require contacts to have at least one statement type by using the Require One Contact to Have a Statement Type

To require contacts to have at least one statement type configured:

  1. In CINC Core, go to System > Company Profile.

  2. TheCompany Profile page displays. Click the Settings tab.

  3. The Settings page displays .Enable the Require One Contact to Have a Statement Type toggle as needed.

  4. Click Save.
