In the Board ACC Review section, board members can review and approve Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests. This includes evaluating submissions for exterior changes and maintaining compliance with community standards.
Follow these steps to view the ACC requests:
Click the Boardroom
icon.
The Boardroom page displays. Click Board ACC Review.
The Board ACC Review page displays a list of all ACC requests.
Notes:
Click the Filter icon to filter the list.
In the Search field, enter an Address or Account Number to automatically filter the list.
Click the Open or Completed tiles to view those specific requests.
Click Log & Notes to view the associated note(s).
Click Committee to view the committee notes or decisions.
Notes:
Click Add Note to attach a note to this ACC request.
Click Add Decision to document a decision for this ACC request.
Click Attachments to view the associated attachment(s).
