Viewing Payment History
You can review detailed records of payment activity across associations. From this page, you can see transaction information, payment methods, and amounts.
Note: An association displays its balance as either single-ledger (one consolidated balance) or subledger (a total with a per-subledger breakdown), set upstream in CINC Core. If a balance looks wrong everywhere it displays, compare it against CINC Core first.
Follow these steps to view payment history:
In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Payments & Financial > Payment History on the left side menu.
OR
In universal navigation, go to Accounting > Resident payments > Online payment history.
The Payment History page displays. Click Filter View.
The Filter View page displays. Select the appropriate Association and if applicable, the Sent Date of the payment.
Click Apply Filters.
The appropriate payments display. Click View next to the right of the payment.
The Payment Detail page displays. View the information, including the transaction information, if necessary.
